Being Mindful Helps You Stay In Balance And Control Of Your Life!
We need to bring
mindfulness to our daily life, paying attention to the angry wolf and catching
our emotions and thoughts as they arise, if we want to live a peaceful,
successful, and happy life.
When
you cannot connect with your emotions, it because you have created an
identification with the mind which has created a false self-called “the ego’ as
a substitute for basking and manifesting in your true essence and being.
The
ego needs are numerous and endless and it feels threatened and vulnerable and
lives in constant state of fear and desires. Always needing or wanting one
thing or the other and yet when it receives the gift, is never full satisfied
as other needs and wants arise to take its place.
It
is always in a constant state of “fight or flight”, believing the world is a
cruel and hostile place to live in and everyone is after you for one reason or
the other.
Maintain Your Sense Of Balance!
For
you to maintain this state of false security, society tells you that you cannot
show emotions and appear weak especially if you are a male.
The
ego is always seeking something to attach itself to in order to uphold and
strengthen its illusionary sense of self – being a man and therefore readily attaches
to your problems and the sense of self importance and security.
Many
in the throes of this great illusion don’t recognize the play of the mind and
therefore unconsciously or sometimes consciously do not want to be free of
them, because of the false sense of security and power it gives them as it
would mean the loss of the self if they desire freedom.
Be Mindful!
The capacity of being mindful is the capacity of understanding,
loving and caring and is the Buddha state or state of enlightenment within you.
Every time you are capable of generating mindfulness, it makes
the Buddha state or high state of consciousness in you a reality.
With the Buddha state in you, you have nothing to worry about
anymore.
Everything will be fine if you know how to keep this state
within you alive.
It is important to recognize that you always have the
enlightenment in you.
Even if you are angry, unkind or in despair, this high state of
consciousness is always within you because whether you know it or not and
whether you recognize it or not, it is a part of you.
And will always be!
This means we always have the potential to be mindful, to be
understanding, to be loving.
Practice Being Mindful Every day!
You need to practice being mindful and living in that energy by
breathing or walking in order to touch the Buddha state or enlightened state
within you.
When you touch the seed of mindfulness or arise to that state that
lies in your consciousness, the Buddha state will manifest in your mind
consciousness and embrace your anger.
You don’t have to worry about it; just continue to practice
breathing or walking to keep the Buddha state alive and remember gratitude is
also key in this process.
Then everything will be alright in the end!
The Buddha State recognizes!
The Buddha State embraces!
The Buddha State relieves!
The Buddha State looks deeply into the nature of anger!
The Buddha State understands!
This understanding will bring about transformation!
The Buddha State Is
Always Within You!
The energy of mindfulness contains the energy of deep intense
concentration as well as the energy of insight and intellect.
Concentration helps you to focus on just one thing but with
concentration, the energy of looking inward becomes much more powerful.
Because of that it can make a breakthrough that is insightful
and beneficial. Insight always has the power of liberating you from all mental
and emotional bondages.
If mindfulness is there and you know how to keep mindfulness alive
within you, concentration will be there too.
And if you know how to keep concentration alive as well, insight
will also come.
So mindfulness recognizes, embraces and relieves and frees you
from all bondages in this world of matter, energy, time and space.
Mindfulness helps you look deeply within in order to gain
insight into your life and problems and Insight is the liberating factor.
It is what frees you and allows transformation to happen. This
is the Buddhist practice of taking care of anger.
Every time you give your mind passions a bath of awareness, the
blocks of pain in you become lighter and less dangerous and definitely more
freeing.
So give your anger, your despair, your sorrow a bath of
mindfulness every day—that is your practice. If mindfulness is not there, it is
very unpleasant to have these seeds come up.
But if you know how to generate the energy of mindfulness, it is
very healing and liberating to invite them up every day and embrace them.
Mindfulness Brings Relief!
And after several days or weeks of bringing them up daily and
helping them go back down again, you create good circulation in your psyche,
and the symptoms of mental illness will begin to disappear.
Mindfulness does the
work of massaging and cleaning out your mind passions and narratives, your
blocks of suffering.
You have to allow them
to circulate and this is possible only if you are not afraid of them. If you
learn not to fear your knots of suffering you can learn how to embrace them with
the energy of mindfulness and transform them positively.

These
words of Inspirations from the enlightened ones will serve you even more:
“I
wish I could show you when you are lonely or in darkness, the astonishing light
of your own being”.
Hafiz
“Within
you is the light of a thousand suns, within you is unimaginable beauty”.
Robert
Adam
“Don’t
you know it yet, it is your light that illuminates the worlds”.
Rumi
“I
am the light of the world. You are the light of the world”.
Jesus
“Your
heart is the light of the world, don’t cover it with your mind”.

Taking
responsibility and recognizing that we cause all of our core issues is not a
reality for most people.
Taking
responsibility to see life differently without justification, judgement and
blame, rejection or anxiety, fear or anger would really help you in the long
run.
Every
condition, disease or disorder is a spiritual condition that has come up for
review and to be dealt with and taken care of. Once the lesson is truly learnt
and absorbed, the conditions or situation reverses itself and clears out and
that’s when we say a healing has occurred and a miracle has happened.
Every
problem preludes a negative thought and mindset so watch your thoughts and
emotions carefully and guard them jealously.
Nothing
can stop you if you have the courage, commitment and the discipline to move
through your limitations.
‘Let
yourself be drawn by the stronger pull of that which you truly love’
The
purpose of life is to discover who you really are, know and create yourself and
experience yourself as who you really are (not the body that houses you) as a
part of the divine source to give and receive love and serve all creatures of
the divine.
As
long as you don’t or you refuse to see yourself as a victim then life becomes a
challenge that you can overcome with commitment and consistent work and it will
pay you back handsomely.
A
lesson you avoided in a past life will be forwarded to the current life until
you get the lesson right or understood the reason for it. Each time the lesson
is more intense, than the last experience until you recognize it.
This
is an interactive universe where we all work together in each other’s lessons
and life whether we want it or not or whether we are aware of it or not.
Our
fears always surface when we least expect it and when it does, its better to
face the lesson and conquer it.
You
can take back control of your life and drive it the way you would rather want
it to be and have things and have things the way you want it to be.
It
takes taking responsibility for all the wrongs that have happened in your life
because whether you agree or not, you are held responsible for all your:
1. THOUGHTS
2. WORDS
3. ACTION
Nobody
wants to listen to your cry of wolf or denial or victim mentality and it won’t
take you far except you sit still, take stock of your life and determine and
desire to turn it around and that’s where and when the answers or solutions
come in.
If
and when you are now truly ready to take back control and look out for the
patterns and lessons in your life to understand the mind aberrations that are
causing your problems and have taken control of your life.
That’s
when the creative centers open within and you can finally have the tools to
help you change the course of your life and manifest your destiny.
To
succeed in life, you must refuse to see yourself as a loser no matter what the
prevailing situation or condition might be and you evaluate what you can do to
succeed.
The
most important qualities are self-esteem, self-worth and self-confidence and
that you understand that you are entitled to abundance in your life.
You
can do anything you want to and be anything you want to, provided you believe
that it is possible.
Victims
do not hold that belief!
So
ask yourself – are you a victim?
