Acknowledge Your Fear and Thank It And You Will Fear It No More!

Fear is simply a thought in your head that the mind projects as true and which you believe as true and to be true and it ends up running as the narrative and story of your life as the mind keeps weaving and looping this same narrative and story over and over again, until you are so lost in its abysmal depth believing this narrative as your reality.

Yet you couldn’t be more wrong!

The mind is a tool given to help you in the course of your existence in this outer world and should be a servant in your day to day living and not your master.

Most people are so lost in the mind that they allow the mind to create and recreate these narratives and stories that aren’t through as they believe in it and relinquish control of their reality and ultimately life to the mind.

They must take back control of the mind to be able to control the fear by facing it working through it, conquering it and finally moving on past it thanking it for the lesson and blessing inherent but finally fearing it no more.

Fear Is An Illusion – It’s All In Your Head Believe It Or Not!

Why are people so afraid of what they don’t understand and cannot apprehend yet it is a palpable thing in the society and has wrecked many relationships, friendships, families and caused so much havoc in the society.

Fear Is An Intangible Thing!

Fear according to the English Dictionary is a strong, uncontrolled and unpleasant emotion caused by an actual or perceived threat.

It creates a condition called “phobia” which is a sense of fear induced by something or someone causing an internal agitation and discomfort.

Whenever a seed like that of anger, bitterness, Unforgiveness, resentment and the likes comes up into your mind and manifests as a mental image or picture, the first thing you can do is to touch the seed of the opposite pole and invite it to come up too.

The opposite is simply “Love”.

Mindfulness Is Like A Seed And Like Fear, You Can Grow If You Nurture It!

Both mindfulness/tolerance/forgives and the opposite pole - fear are both parts of yourself and aren’t separate or disincarnate.

 

Mindfulness/tolerance/forgiveness is there not to suppress or fight against fear, but to recognize and take care of it — like a big brother helping a younger brother.

 

To create balance as the light warms and lightens the darkness!

 

So the energy of fear is recognized and embraced tenderly by the energy of mindfulness. Both countering each and merging into the one

 

Every time you need the energy of mindfulness, love and forgiveness just touch that seed within you with your mindful breathing or mindful walking, smiling, and then you have the energy ready to do the work of recognizing, embracing, and later on looking deeply into the deep core and true essence of yourself and transforming.

Within the seed of mindfulness and forgiveness is the seed of concentration and focus, love and light. With these two energies, you can liberate yourself from afflictions, addictions, diseases and disorder.

Love And Awareness Removes Fear!

At that moment instead of paying attention to whatever is in front of you, you should go back inwards to the source and tenderly embrace the wounded self or part of yourself that needs healing.

 

You can talk directly to the self with the language of love, saying, I am going to embrace you my fear and stay with you loving you and accepting you and the lessons you have brought for me. I will see and understand the lesson and will move on from there”.

 

It will simply breathe and bask in the euphoria of life and come to the balance of the duality of this world. You would come to the understanding that life is about balance between the positive and the negative and fear will vanish from your life.

Taking responsibility and recognizing that we cause all of our core issues is not a reality for most people.

Taking responsibility to see life differently without justification, judgement and blame, rejection or anxiety, fear or anger would really help you in the long run.

Every condition, disease or disorder is a spiritual condition that has come up for review and to be dealt with and taken care of. Once the lesson is truly learnt and absorbed, the conditions or situation reverses itself and clears out and that’s when we say a healing has occurred and a miracle has happened.

Every problem preludes a negative thought and mindset so watch your thoughts and emotions carefully and guard them jealously.

Nothing can stop you if you have the courage, commitment and the discipline to move through your limitations.

‘Let yourself be drawn by the stronger pull of that which you truly love’

The purpose of life is to discover who you really are, know and create yourself and experience yourself as who you really are (not the body that houses you) as a part of the divine source to give and receive love and serve all creatures of the divine.

As long as you don’t or you refuse to see yourself as a victim then life becomes a challenge that you can overcome with commitment and consistent work and it will pay you back handsomely.

A lesson you avoided in a past life will be forwarded to the current life until you get the lesson right or understood the reason for it. Each time the lesson is more intense, than the last experience until you recognize it.

This is an interactive universe where we all work together in each other’s lessons and life whether we want it or not or whether we are aware of it or not.

Our fears always surface when we least expect it and when it does, its better to face the lesson and conquer it.

You can take back control of your life and drive it the way you would rather want it to be and have things and have things the way you want it to be.

It takes taking responsibility for all the wrongs that have happened in your life because whether you agree or not, you are held responsible for all your:

1. THOUGHTS

2. WORDS

3. ACTION

Nobody wants to listen to your cry of wolf or denial or victim mentality and it won’t take you far except you sit still, take stock of your life and determine and desire to turn it around and that’s where and when the answers or solutions come in.

If and when you are now truly ready to take back control and look out for the patterns and lessons in your life to understand the mind aberrations that are causing your problems and have taken control of your life.

That’s when the creative centers open within and you can finally have the tools to help you change the course of your life and manifest your destiny.

To succeed in life, you must refuse to see yourself as a loser no matter what the prevailing situation or condition might be and you evaluate what you can do to succeed.

The most important qualities are self-esteem, self-worth and self-confidence and that you understand that you are entitled to abundance in your life.

You can do anything you want to and be anything you want to, provided you believe that it is possible.

Victims do not hold that belief!
