Dismantling Barriers Created By Your Mind!
If you can learn not to fear your knots of suffering or sorrow as they show up in your life, you will slowly begin to let them circulate up into your living room or mind consciousness.
Embrace Your Wounded Self!
You begin to learn how to embrace them lovingly and in total acceptance and transform them with the energy of mindfulness and tolerance.
When you dismantle the barriers erected by your mind between the basement and the living room (parts of yourself), blocks of pain will come up and you will have to suffer a bit to deal with them and get it over with.
Your inner child (wounded self) may have a lot of fear and anger stored up from being down in the basement for so long facing the monsters of the mind and suppressing them into oblivion.
There is no way to avoid it.
Headaches can be
symptoms of mental images and pictures that haven’t been acknowledged.
To dismantle these barriers, you should:
Step 1: Recognize the Inner Child
The first function of mindfulness is to recognize, accept, and
surrender totally and not to fight. You can stop at any time and become aware
of the child within you. You can feel it!
When you recognize the wounded self for the first time, you need
to be aware of him or her and say hello. That’s all. Recognition and acceptance
are crucial in this situation.
Perhaps this child is sad, if you notice this and are very
observant you can just breathe in and say to yourself,
“As I Breath in and I
know that this sorrow has manifested in me”.
“Hello, my beloved, welcome to my world”.
“As I Breath out, I will take good care of you.”
Step 2: Embrace the Inner Child
Once you have recognized, embraced and accepted your inner child, the second function is to embody him or her and bring them into your conscious self.
This is a very pleasant practice. So that instead of fighting your emotions or suppressing them and worse hiding away from them, you can take good care of yourself by integration into this part and union with it to become whole and perfect!
It’s like filling the darkness with the light and love and totally and radically changing the same darkness into light and love and infused with yourself.
It brings with it an ally — concentration.
The first few minutes of recognizing and embracing your inner wounded suffering self with tenderness will bring instant relief. The difficult emotions will still be there, but you won’t suffer as much as before.
Step 3: Soothe and Relieve the Inner Child
After recognizing, accepting and embracing your inner child, the
third function of is to soothe and relieve your difficult emotions.
Pamper the wounded self lovingly and affectionately infusing
gratitude, appreciation and understanding into your loving and tender embrace
and care.
You appreciate what had to happen and you know better now than
you did before and all this you do while holding the wounded self while
transferring the feeling of love and warmth to it.
Just by holding this self gently and lovingly, you are soothing your
difficult emotions and straitening them out as you begin to feel at ease, calm
and peaceful in the inner core and recess of yourself.
Love And Appreciate Your Wounded Self!
When you embrace your strong emotions with mindfulness,
tolerance and concentration, you will be able to see the roots of these mental
images and pictures appear and where they appear from and why.
You will know where your suffering has come from and why it has
happened in the first place, the lessons and reasons for it and the blessing
inherent that you don’t see nor understand.
When you see the roots of everything and all things, your
suffering will begin to lessen and you will feel the pressure within you let up
and you will feel like a great load has been lifted off you and away from you.
So in mindfulness or awareness, conscious awareness to be
precise you recognize, embrace, and feel relieved of your burdens and mental
images and pictures.
If mindfulness/awareness
is there within you and you are immersed in it and you know how to keep it alive,
concentration will be there too.
And if you know how to
keep the concentration alive, insight will also come and most probably not even
be far away from you and appear even before you seek it and aware of its
presence .
The energy of
mindfulness/awareness enables you to look deeply within and gain the insight
you need in life to forge ahead in your quest for spiritual unfoldment so that
transformation is possible.

“Thank
you God, for this beautiful day today. Help me to always see your love
reflected in each and every moment, no matter how challenging life may be.
Remind me to always look to my heart for the LESSONS and BLESSINGS in life”.

These
words of Inspirations from the enlightened ones will serve you even more:
“I
wish I could show you when you are lonely or in darkness, the astonishing light
of your own being”.
Hafiz
“Within
you is the light of a thousand suns, within you is unimaginable beauty”.
Robert
Adam
“Don’t
you know it yet, it is your light that illuminates the worlds”.
Rumi
“I
am the light of the world. You are the light of the world”.
Jesus
“Your
heart is the light of the world, don’t cover it with your mind”.

Taking
responsibility and recognizing that we cause all of our core issues is not a
reality for most people.
Taking
responsibility to see life differently without justification, judgement and
blame, rejection or anxiety, fear or anger would really help you in the long
run.
Every
condition, disease or disorder is a spiritual condition that has come up for
review and to be dealt with and taken care of. Once the lesson is truly learnt
and absorbed, the conditions or situation reverses itself and clears out and
that’s when we say a healing has occurred and a miracle has happened.
Every
problem preludes a negative thought and mindset so watch your thoughts and
emotions carefully and guard them jealously.
Nothing
can stop you if you have the courage, commitment and the discipline to move
through your limitations.
‘Let
yourself be drawn by the stronger pull of that which you truly love’
The
purpose of life is to discover who you really are, know and create yourself and
experience yourself as who you really are (not the body that houses you) as a
part of the divine source to give and receive love and serve all creatures of
the divine.
As
long as you don’t or you refuse to see yourself as a victim then life becomes a
challenge that you can overcome with commitment and consistent work and it will
pay you back handsomely.
A
lesson you avoided in a past life will be forwarded to the current life until
you get the lesson right or understood the reason for it. Each time the lesson
is more intense, than the last experience until you recognize it.
This
is an interactive universe where we all work together in each other’s lessons
and life whether we want it or not or whether we are aware of it or not.
Our
fears always surface when we least expect it and when it does, its better to
face the lesson and conquer it.
You
can take back control of your life and drive it the way you would rather want
it to be and have things and have things the way you want it to be.
It
takes taking responsibility for all the wrongs that have happened in your life
because whether you agree or not, you are held responsible for all your:
1. THOUGHTS
2. WORDS
3. ACTION
Nobody
wants to listen to your cry of wolf or denial or victim mentality and it won’t
take you far except you sit still, take stock of your life and determine and
desire to turn it around and that’s where and when the answers or solutions
come in.
If
and when you are now truly ready to take back control and look out for the
patterns and lessons in your life to understand the mind aberrations that are
causing your problems and have taken control of your life.
That’s
when the creative centers open within and you can finally have the tools to
help you change the course of your life and manifest your destiny.
To
succeed in life, you must refuse to see yourself as a loser no matter what the
prevailing situation or condition might be and you evaluate what you can do to
succeed.
The
most important qualities are self-esteem, self-worth and self-confidence and
that you understand that you are entitled to abundance in your life.
You
can do anything you want to and be anything you want to, provided you believe
that it is possible.
Victims
do not hold that belief!
So
ask yourself – are you a victim?
