Why You Must Pay Attention To What You Eat!
The skin from grains are every beneficial to health as it is “alkaline” and needed for the cleansing of the blood. It is vital and enhances a pure blood stream.
The choice of grain which is not polished is indeed a wise choice!
The fear a lot of people have about local rice is “eating stones in the rice”. Over time that “problem” has been effectively dealt with and today it is almost without stones – nothing is perfect.
Now in Nigeria, investors have invested in rice production to boost the nation’s economy and most important of all create room for the people to create a balanced diet which is crucial for a disease free life.
The native rice species are rich in nutrients and minerals and massive production of such is truly a blessing for the people compared to the polished rice that has been stripped of all “vital nutrients”.
We may
end up not taking/consuming what we really need or our body requires but we take
what we can afford or what we want at the expense of our health.
The
Red and White blood cells renew itself every seven years but when there is a
lack of proper intake of required nutrients, they break down faster and this
can lead to formation of radical cells that destroys good and vibrant cells.
The end result includes the following:
1. Malfunctioning
of the human body system
2. Abnormal
growth in the body like lumps in the abdomen, fibroid, cancer and a host of
others
To
prevent a lot of Diseases, malady, ailment or disorder, we need to take the six
classes of food at their appropriate proportions:
1. Carbohydrates
2. Proteins
3. Fats
and Oil
4. Vitamins
5. Mineral
6. Water
7. Fiber
The
alkaline and acidic content of our food intake is also very important. Most
times our diet/meal is based around acidic level and the baseline/appropriate
base is more appropriate. The answer to balancing your PH levels appropriately
as our diets.
Each
can be divided into the food crops that is under this classification and what
essentially they give to the body.
Carbohydrates
are the sugars and energy givers and keep you up and running. Instant energy
whenever you need it.
Proteins
are the building blocks of the cells and the entire body and keep the body up
and running, building new cells when needed and destroying old and worn out
body parts.
Fats
and oil keep the body well lubricated and essentially responsible for you being
warm blooded and skin looking radiant and smooth.
Water
is on a class of its own as water is the source of all life. Without water
there is no life and existence and so the body depends on water for its
existence and sustenance.
Minerals
are needed by the body for health and vitality.
Vitamins
are also needed to keep you radiant and healthy.
Fiber
also helps in its own capacity to keep you healthy and vibrant.
But
even when you gather all your essentials in the classes of food and nutrition,
some actually beat others in their efficiency in keeping the body fine-tuned
and healthy more than others.
Fruits
are supposed to be a constant go-to in your diet and nutrition because of the
essential elements that they release for the body to assimilate.
They
are instantly absorbed by the body and rapidly into the blood stream where the
cells and body organs can instantly utilize them unlike carbohydrates which
have to be broken down first into glucose.
Fruits
on the other hand produce fructose that can enter the blood stream and are used
by the cells, but carbohydrates has to be broken down to heavy sugar and even
further breakdown, to simply sugar before it can be utilized by the body6.
Vegetables
are another class that is essentially crucial in your diet as like fruits
above, can be digested and assimilated easily by the body and instantly too
into the blood stream to be utilized by the body.
There
are a lot of fast food nutrition out there as society has conditioned a fast
paced world where you are constantly on the go, so fast food are easy food
alternatives.
But
what is used to make these food are a course for concern:
1. Most
have heavy starches and carbohydrate that are hard to digest and even take
awhile to be assimilated.
2. Not
just that, they are broken into sugar or you consume sugar based food like you
find in most fast food and white sugar really doesn’t do much to aid health and
vitality.
3. Unfortunately
children are loaded with snacks that are high on sugar and calories and hence
an obese population.
4. People
mostly underestimate how beneficial fruits and vegetable can really bless them
with great health and vitality.
5. Water
is an enigma yet people live off drinks and beer and wonder why they have
constipation and stooling is a problem.
If
you truly desire health and vitality and wish to age gracefully, then its time
to pay attention to whet nutrition and diet you are vested in.
The
right nutrition and diet can do wonders for the body in the following way:
1. Keeps
the skin looking fresh and radiant
2. Aid
breakdown and rebuilding of new and old cells of the body which is a vital
function that keeps the body running.
3. Keeps
you fit and fine-tuned.
4. Keeps
disease at bay and doctors away.
5. Keeps
you vital with great strength and energy
6. Keeps
you up to speed in brain work

Taking responsibility and
recognizing that we cause all of our core issues is not a reality for most
people.
Taking responsibility to see
life differently without justification, judgement and blame, rejection or
anxiety, fear or anger would really help you in the long run.
Every condition, disease or disorder is a spiritual
condition that has come up for review and to be dealt with and taken care of.
Once the lesson is truly learnt and absorbed, the conditions or situation
reverses itself and clears out and that’s when we say a healing has occurred
and a miracle has happened.
Every problem preludes a negative thought and mindset so
watch your thoughts and emotions carefully and guard them jealously.
Nothing can stop you if you have the courage, commitment
and the discipline to move through your limitations.
‘Let yourself be drawn by the stronger pull of that which
you truly love’
The purpose of life is to discover who you really are,
know and create yourself and experience yourself as who you really are (not the
body that houses you) as a part of the divine source to give and receive love
and serve all creatures of the divine.
As long as you don’t or you refuse to see yourself as a
victim then life becomes a challenge that you can overcome with commitment and
consistent work and it will pay you back handsomely.
A lesson you avoided in a past life will be forwarded to
the current life until you get the lesson right or understood the reason for
it. Each time the lesson is more intense, than the last experience until you
recognize it.
This is an interactive universe where we all work
together in each other’s lessons and life whether we want it or not or whether
we are aware of it or not.
Our fears always surface when we least expect it and when
it does, its better to face the lesson and conquer it.
You can take back control of your life and drive it the
way you would rather want it to be and have things and have things the way you
want it to be.
It takes taking responsibility for all the wrongs that
have happened in your life because whether you agree or not, you are held
responsible for all your:
1. THOUGHTS
2. WORDS
3. ACTION
Nobody wants to listen to your cry of wolf or denial or
victim mentality and it won’t take you far except you sit still, take stock of
your life and determine and desire to turn it around and that’s where and when
the answers or solutions come in.
If and when you are now truly ready to take back control
and look out for the patterns and lessons in your life to understand the mind
aberrations that are causing your problems and have taken control of your life.
That’s when the creative centers open within and you can
finally have the tools to help you change the course of your life and manifest
your destiny.
To succeed in life, you must refuse to see yourself as a
loser no matter what the prevailing situation or condition might be and you
evaluate what you can do to succeed.
The most important qualities are self-esteem, self-worth
and self-confidence and that you understand that you are entitled to abundance
in your life.
You can do anything you want to and be anything you want
to, provided you believe that it is possible.
Victims do not hold that belief!
So ask yourself – are you a victim?
