Be The Change And Experience The Magic Of Life!
Being the change you
wish to see and experience in life to see and understand the magic of life is
simple, it requires you to be mindful at all times so that you create the
positivity you want.
Remember, the mind
and its passions, games, narratives and stories when not mindful and living in
the present moment can weave and loops narratives of negativities like fear,
anxiety, worry, doubt and stress over and over again until you believe it’s
your life and reality.
Be the change by
being mindful and living in the here and now!
Be Watchful Of The Seeds Of Your Mind!
Whenever a seed like that of anger, bitterness, Unforgiveness,
resentment and the likes comes up into your living room and manifests as a
mental image or picture, the first thing you can do is to touch the seed of the
opposite pole and invite it to come up too.
This is based on the practice and the insight that non-duality
exist and that you are in balance between the two poles of creation so — anger
is not an enemy, resentment is not my enemy and bitterness is not my foe.
Mindfulness Is Like
A Seed And Like Anger, You Can Grow If You Nurture It!
Both mindfulness/tolerance/forgives and the opposite pole -
anger are both parts of yourself and aren’t separate or disincarnate.
Mindfulness/tolerance/forgiveness is there not to suppress or
fight against anger, but to recognize and take care of it — like a big brother
helping a younger brother.
To create balance as the light warms and lightens the darkness!
So the energy of anger is
recognized and embraced tenderly by the energy of mindfulness. Both countering
each and merging into the one
Every time you need the energy of mindfulness and forgiveness
just touch that seed within you with your mindful breathing or mindful
walking, smiling, and then you have the energy ready to do the work of
recognizing, embracing, and later on looking deeply into the deep core and true
essence of yourself and transforming.
Within the seed of mindfulness and forgiveness is the seed of
concentration and focus, love and light. With these two energies, you can
liberate yourself from afflictions, addictions, diseases and disorder.

To cultivate the energy of mindfulness, we try to engage our
active awareness or consciousness in all our activities and be truly and fully
present with whatever we are doing.
We want to be mindful as we drink our tea or drive through the
city. When we walk, we want to be aware that we are walking and are not like a
mechanical robot going through all the motions without actually feeling it.
When you drink your tea, are you involved in the process of
lifting the tea to your mouth and feel the energy involved and the anticipation
of the liquid coursing down your throat into your body as you put the cup to
your lips.
Do you feel the pulsating effect as it enters your body and as
your body accepts it and utilizes the sugar produced as the end product of metabolism?
Your cells can assimilate and use the sugar produced for
nourishment and those converted to energy for the maintenance and fine tuning
and smooth running of the body.
Are You One With All
Life!
When you are walking, are you involved in the sensation of
movement are as you move along, do you feel the interconnectedness of all life
and that you and all creations are connected, and at the same time connected to
this great force and source of all life.
Do you feel the fresh air as the flower blooms sending out its
sweet scent to all out of love, do you feel the same emanating from the sun,
the moon, the rains and all processes of life?
When you breathe, you have to be aware that you are breathing.
You can actually feel the air going into your nostrils and the pleasure in
taking it in and the release and relief that comes out of breathing out.
As you breathe out and are grateful for the free air that is so
divinely given, you are conscious of the fact that the tress assimilate the
carbon dioxide you breathe out.
You take in the oxygen that the trees breathe out as you breathe
it in and the trees take in the carbon dioxide that you breathe out as their
breathe in. You can see how there is no wastage in nature and one creation’s
waste is useful to another and see how each connects to each other.
You can see the exchange!
Mind
consciousness is being actively aware and present in every activity.
Be Open To See
Answers!
If you are mindful and open to your true essence and divinity
via the heart, you will hear his or her voice calling out for help especially
when you are relaxed and at peace with yourself.
At that moment instead of paying attention to whatever is in
front of you, you should go back inwards to the source and tenderly embrace the
wounded self or part of yourself that needs healing.
You can talk directly to the self with the language of love,
saying, “In the past, I left you alone. I went away from you. Now, I am very
sorry. I am going to embrace you.”
It will simply breathe and bask in the euphoria of life and come
to the balance of the duality of this world. You would come to the
understanding that life is about balance between the positive and the negative.

Taking responsibility and recognizing that we cause all
of our core issues is not a reality for most people.
Taking responsibility to see life differently without
justification, judgement and blame, rejection or anxiety, fear or anger would
really help you in the long run.
Every condition, disease or
disorder is a spiritual condition that has come up for review and to be dealt
with and taken care of. Once the lesson is truly learnt and absorbed, the
conditions or situation reverses itself and clears out and that’s when we say a
healing has occurred and a miracle has happened.
Every problem preludes a
negative thought and mindset so watch your thoughts and emotions carefully and
guard them jealously.
Nothing can stop you if you
have the courage, commitment and the discipline to move through your
limitations.
‘Let yourself be drawn by
the stronger pull of that which you truly love’
The purpose of life is to
discover who you really are, know and create yourself and experience yourself
as who you really are (not the body that houses you) as a part of the divine
source to give and receive love and serve all creatures of the divine.
As long as you don’t or you
refuse to see yourself as a victim then life becomes a challenge that you can
overcome with commitment and consistent work and it will pay you back
handsomely.
A lesson you avoided in a
past life will be forwarded to the current life until you get the lesson right
or understood the reason for it. Each time the lesson is more intense, than the
last experience until you recognize it.
This is an interactive
universe where we all work together in each other’s lessons and life whether we
want it or not or whether we are aware of it or not.
Our fears always surface
when we least expect it and when it does, its better to face the lesson and
conquer it.
You can take back control of
your life and drive it the way you would rather want it to be and have things
and have things the way you want it to be.
It takes taking
responsibility for all the wrongs that have happened in your life because
whether you agree or not, you are held responsible for all your:
1. THOUGHTS
2. WORDS
3. ACTION
Nobody wants to listen to
your cry of wolf or denial or victim mentality and it won’t take you far except
you sit still, take stock of your life and determine and desire to turn it
around and that’s where and when the answers or solutions come in.
If and when you are now
truly ready to take back control and look out for the patterns and lessons in
your life to understand the mind aberrations that are causing your problems and
have taken control of your life.
That’s when the creative
centers open within and you can finally have the tools to help you change the
course of your life and manifest your destiny.
To succeed in life, you must
refuse to see yourself as a loser no matter what the prevailing situation or
condition might be and you evaluate what you can do to succeed.
The most important qualities
are self-esteem, self-worth and self-confidence and that you understand that
you are entitled to abundance in your life.
You can do anything you want
to and be anything you want to, provided you believe that it is possible.
Victims do not hold that
belief!
So ask yourself – are you a
victim?
